Our RTT Packages

• A preliminary Discovery Call (approx. 15 mins) to discuss the framework of RTT therapy, the process, the desired outcomes and benefits.

• An intake session (30 mins) to gather information to conduct your RTT appointment.

• An RTT session (90-120 mins) to conduct the hypnotherapy session. This includes a bespoke recording targeted specifically to obtaining your desired outcome and goal.

• A commitment by you to listen to you 15-20-minute bespoke recording, at least once daily for 21 days, optionally ongoing as needed.

• 2 scheduled 15-minute phone consult to track progress over the 21 days (weekly).

• Email availability throughout the 21 days during business hours (9.00 am - 6.00 pm).

• A scheduled consolidation session at 21 days (30 mins).

• A scheduled aftercare session; designing the next step forward to gain maximum progress and focus. (60 mins). Goals, Visualisation/meditation techniques, energy work, personality profiling ( The Enneagram) and counselling; CBT / IFS / EFT.

• Additional RTT sessions allocate 90 mins to gather further information and conduct the hypnotherapy session. This includes a new bespoke recording and final consult.

 

NB: during hypnosis the client is in control of themselves at all times. They can stop the session, talk and/or move whenever they choose. It is a similar state to day-dreaming.

• After this session a series of voice notes will be sent to you which explain destructive eating habits, neuroscience applied to food and primitive and primal mind relevant to YOU and your weight gain/eating habit struggles.

• Additional voice notes will be forwarded which focus on Weight loss preparation guidance and include nutritional advice and goal setting.

• An RTT session (90-120 mins) to conduct the hypnotherapy session. This includes a bespoke recording targeted specifically to obtaining your desired outcome and goal.

• A commitment by you to listen to your 15–20-minute bespoke recording, at least once daily for 21 days, optionally ongoing as needed.

• Email availability throughout the 21 days during business hours (9.00 am -6.00 pm).
